西芹百合

2. 百合洗净,掰成小瓣;

3. 把西芹、百合放入沸水汤锅,烫至刚熟时捞起;

4. 炒锅放在火上,下油加热至五成油温,下西芹、百合,烹调料,快速翻炒至匀,放入味精勾芡收汁后起锅装盘即成。
