4、干辣椒数根、花椒适量、八角、桂皮、香叶少量、胡椒粉、孜然粒、孜然粉适量。6`4G8t*[&Y,a)d(V}9g

5、葱丝、姜片、香菜末各备适量。

6、热锅入少许锅底油,油热后放入干辣椒,花椒爆香(千万不要糊了)然后加入其他香料(八角,桂皮,香叶,孜然粒)马上再放入葱丝姜片爆炒一下(同时一定注意火候.不要让前边的香料焦糊了)nwrm1R1{8@HJ$w0C

7、上边的材料爆香后,到入飞过水的鸡块翻炒至鸡块变色。
