材料:川弓,白芷,天麻,枸杞各少量,大鱼头半个,瘦肉1两,姜一块5ovKd(e#N!\qV
做法:

1、用油爆一下姜片,加水煮开,加入略泡一下的川弓,白芷,天麻,枸杞大火煮开转小火,为了令汤水鲜甜一点,我放几片瘦肉一起煮,加盖煮20分钟。

2、鱼头斩成小块先用盐和酒腌一下,等药材汤出味之后放入汤中,慢火浸熟,加盐、糖调味即可。
