香酥饼干
材料:牛油170g、低粉200g、砂糖110g、盐2g、鸡蛋2个、花生酱2大匙

1、牛油加糖打发,拌入盐和花生酱;WSj;|I1T

2、鸡蛋打散,分次加入,然后筛入低粉轻轻拌匀;~AI&j$~ s

3、将面糊用小勺在烤盘上弄成型,烤箱预热,烤15分钟左右,据饼干的具体情况而调整时间。(本想学做裱花嘴的,结果失败了,只好用勺子随便摆弄)

ps:一盘的颜色比较嫩黄,但底部有些焦;二盘没有焦,但颜色比较深,不懂是怎么回事...可能因为是旧式烤箱的缘故...
