How come my account show 不合格.
Can i still access the website and download stuff, etc, will i get kick out in the future?

no but your limited to only few section of this forum
its just ur permission level is low right now.
u can increase ur permission level by stay active on the forum for long period of time and posting
only thing u need to worry about it, if u dont logon to ur account or not posting for while u might end up
losing your account.

that hapenned to me a while ago, i didnt really post for a long while then my account got deleted, so the point is just keep active aye, keep it up

In order to see when is your next level up, you could click ur name on the top of the page. It will link you to ur membercp page where it show u something like this below. How many hrs left in order to level up.
